The Client
Naomi Bourque creates jewelry of substance and sustainability, crafting authentic Indigenous pieces made from antler, horn, hide, and other natural materials sourced from Canada’s Far North.
Born and raised in Yellowknife, NT, Naomi is of Gwich’in, Metis, and Scandinavian descent. Her work is shaped by the land she calls home. She draws inspiration from its colours, textures, organic forms, and the materials it provides, including caribou and moose antler, muskox and bison horn, beluga ivory, and various ethically sourced claws. By blending traditional materials with contemporary techniques, Naomi honours her heritage while giving her pieces a distinct, modern identity.
